Based in Chorley, Lancashire, I offer a range of therapeutic approaches for an integrative and individualised approach to treating depression and anxiety based difficulties.
Supporting people to understand how their experiences and influences affect the person they are today, is a passion of mine, with particular interest in adverse childhood experiences, trauma, attachment and neurodiversity.
I believe that supporting people to better understand emotion and develop healthy communication can have a positive impact on the ways we view ourselves, the world and others around us.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion and collaboration. I aim to offer an authentic space where you feel heard, seen and validated so you can confidently move towards your valued direction.
My extensive experience in both NHS and private settings and the combination of therapies I offer can really help to put you at the centre of your own care- tailoring the work to meet your needs and goals.
Therapies offered include Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
Sessions are delivered face to face at our welcoming clinic space, via video or telephone.
