Do you find yourself caught in cycles of worry, overthinking, low mood, or avoiding situations that feel difficult? Sometimes the ways we think, feel, and respond can unintentionally keep us stuck, making it harder to move forward.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand the links between your thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and behaviours. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be maintaining your difficulties and develop effective strategies to help you create meaningful change.
CBT is recommended by NICE for the treatment of anxiety and depression and can help you build confidence, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain skills that continue to support your wellbeing long after therapy has ended.
