Compassion Focused Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Do you find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, or being your own harshest critic? Perhaps you put enormous pressure on yourself, struggle to switch off, or feel like you're never quite "good enough," no matter how much you achieve.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) helps you understand why your mind responds in these ways and how your life experiences may have shaped the relationship you have with yourself. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with you, CFT recognises that many of our struggles make sense when we understand where they come from.

Together, we'll explore patterns such as self-criticism, shame, anxiety, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, and develop a kinder, more balanced way of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions. CFT can help you build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of calm, allowing you to move through life with more confidence and self-acceptance.
