Of course its important to care about our health, and in a world where we are told to monitor symptoms, it can be hard not to let that take over. 


If you notice you have consuming anxieties about your health, feel the need to repeatedly check symptoms or need frequent reassurance we can help.


We can also support you with fears of death and dying which can be a common component of health anxiety.
